In December 2007, OBJ executed a research collaboration agreement with the same FMCG company.

It does indeed say that they executed a second research collaboration agreement with the same FMCG company but was that company GSK?

Here's an exert from a shareholder update on 8/9/08

In December 2007, the Company executed its second research collaboration agreement with a global healthcare company to evaluate its magnetic delivery platforms for OTC applications.

Now its a bit ambiguous but this states that OBJ signed its second collaboration agreement with a healthcare company in December 2007. I read this as 1. a second company although it could mean 2. its 2nd collaboration agreement with the same company.

HOWEVER, if #2 is true so then wouldnt the announcement on 29th October 2008 mean OBJ had signed their THIRD collaboration agreement, not their 2nd.

On this basis it cannot be GSK. Of course, the company could have simply forgotten what number of collaboration agreements they were up to.
