There is, that is why I use words like "assumptions" and "estimates", No one outside of the company or Pfizer know what is really happening. But I try to apply logic to situations.

Unfortunately for those long RAP, the situation is now in the hands of traders and arbitrageurs.

I doubt very much if the BOD hasn't consulted the larger shareholders for their opinion on their votes, and factored that into their recommendations to other shareholders.

I just can't see No winning.

If it does, and the share price falls, I'll take my loss.
