RE: the Rare Earths discovery. This isn't yet priced into DM1's share price and market cap.

Once the High Grade Rare Earths JORC Resource is released, which shouldn't take long at all, DM1's market cap will lift to similar market caps that other Rare Earth explorers who have released a JORC Resource are sitting at.

If you look at IXR, with 60-70% lower grade rare earths than DM1, they sit at $150m market cap. As such, we should expect to see a market cap between $150m and $300m for the Very High Grade Rare Earths at Innouendy, that are easily leachable.

With only 63mill DM1 shares on issue, this Rare Earths JORC market cap alone, would equate to a share price bw $2.38 and $4.76 for DM1.

Then you would add the value of any Nickel Cobalt Copper PGE discovery at Innouendy on top of that, let alone at Dingo Pass, Belele or Irrida Hill.

Desert Metals is aggressively drilling out and developing the Rare Earth deposit with the specialist expertise of Dr John Mair, while Dr Rob Stuart, Dr Amanda Buckingham and Tony Worth focus on the Nickel-Cobalt-PGE drilling at Innouendy at the same time. Then Dingo Pass and Belele too.

Meanwhile, keep a very close eye on the Nickel Inventories on the London Metals Exchange & Shanghai Futures Exchange, they are about to fall below 60,000tonnes this week on the LME.

Well below the 78,000 tonnes in late March that saw the shorts squeeze lift the nickel price to $US100,000/tonne ($A133,000/tonne).

If and when it falls below 50,000tonnes on the LMe, at the current rate this should occur by mid August 2022,we will see panic buying of Nickel on the London Metals Exchange and Shanghai Futures Exchange.

There needs to be a rapid structural shift higher in the price of nickel, to new long higher term levels, between $US30,000-$US40,000/tonne ($A43,000 - $A57,100/tonne) (2.9x - 3.9x higher than when SIR discovered Nova) as a minimum, if there is going to be an increase in nickel sulphides from mining to meet this enormous demand that has already depleted nickel inventories by over 73% in the last 12 months on the LME.

Not really High Grade RE's when 90% of most values are almost worthless LA and Ce !
Relatively high strip ratios when compared to IXR
Extremely high labor and operating costs in Australia when compared to Uganda
Where's the water ? ~ you will need at least 1ton of H2O for every ton of clays to process
CAPEX - You are in the middle of Nowhere halfway between Canarvon and Meekatharra I estimate 200km of rods needed, FIFO !
Ex GGG ! They spent 20 years trying to make up their minds as to what they had, then upset the natives so much that they got kicked out !
