I have only gone through 1 lithium compression and that was with Galaxy Resources.

it was a 5 to 1 compression so for every 5 shares you held at 20c you got 1 share at $1.00, so the net effect was you still had the same $$ amount after as you did before.

With Galaxy the SP did not improve and the stock was heavily shorted, I think at the highest point they were 18% shorted, so all the things that people say is because of high SOI were exactly happening to Galaxy on low SOI.

I think if there is a reason for the compression like being invited into an index or going onto the US exchange, you could see some up tick after the compression, but at that point you would have to ask, was it the compression that did it or the exchange?
