either or, usually the price always drops to CR price or just below before going back up IMO
and i think this will be a tough raise there going to need to provide a real plan forward with a proper solution.
Hind sight is a beatiful thing but maybe they should have raised when it was arund the 15-20cent mark years ago and done a huge raise and ran multiple platform lots and hired plenty of knowledge which would have halved the time
