Just to be clear, they should've paid out idsb instead of forcing further delay, the closure of the deal has held this back no end, so l agree it will be good to end the drawn out saga.
As for creating value, it's not going to do this, IDSB is a shackle that will not see a capital return on investment for decades. Unless of course they can actually leverage, which to date they've achieved squat.
This may change, long bow style.
What needs to be confirmed is this so called interim funding to facilitate expansion, l think they even a small amount would do wonders, they state NTV at 7%, recycled on say 3month loans that's 28% pa. Funding costs aren't that high, say 5%...
This raises the question as to scale and proof, are they saying funders aren't looking at making money?
We will see what's in store over the next few months, but remember theyve stated they aren't growing the business outside of recycling NTV over time, so we wait the news.
All in my opinion of course, and lve held strong and buying in anticipation of growth, but it's definitely a hard hold.
