i really don’t care that much. I’m happy to justify anything that’s got some sort of factual base and to debate it. Clearly I have started to find tiresome the endless poking, misogyny and make oriented perception of how life ought to be - not just for men but for women.

so to clarify if I don’t want to do something or it’s a matter of opinion only - such as I prefer green or I like it longer or I don’t want to go out to lunch I see no reason why I should explain.

on some of the things discussed in this thread much is opinion, some of it has a factual base and some of the opinions are based on assumptions and thus debatable or are such gross generalisations as to be entirely unreasonable

you can hold those views whatever I think of them. And you can challenge mine. But I’m not going to justify that I think you and Ben are expressing ideas that are out of date and place worked into boxes defined by very specific gender roles.

I’m not afraid of being challenged and despite Ben’s pathetic need to try to imply I’m stupid I’m not intimidated. But it takes a lot to stomach people who seem to want to put women in general and thus me into some little box based on an antiquated perception of how things ought to be.

so keep on with it but I’m out. It’s a pointless exercise and I’m tired of the twisting of things, the endless pokes and the knowledge that you two are quite happy to behave like pack animals tearing away.

so let me simply add that of course you are superior. I am deeply in need of someone capable of doing all those things I’ve happily done myself for decades and I need a man to think for me, tell me what to do and his yo do it. I need to spend my time cooking a meal for sone one who takes it for granted. I need yo clean their t toilet, wash their clothes, make the bed, whatever.

    Good on you.
