Are we thinking this will be announced today or Monday? All a calculated guess at this point. I'm going with Bayer is coming onboard and taking a 20% stake for about USD$8-10M. Currently worth about 5.3USD. Let's hope Craig could negotiate hard and get the valuation up based on an exclusive partnership in these decentralized clinical trials. There may also be a loan component to complement the deal without handing them too big of a slice. I doubt more than 20% would be on the table. Market cap would jump to around 70M AUD, feels about right with where we are atm. Might also be a cash advance to be used as a loan facility to fast track the band development?? So many possibilities, excited to find out!
