This deposit clearly is in the middle of tenements. So no one wins big. CNJ/GSR MC look highly inflated to me as their portion of this deposit is maxing out right now. Their upside is much lower. Their mine portion is uneconomic and premium is being factored in and discounted into GAL to make Mineable. Agreements will need to be reached and costs shared etc. Messy.
GAL is being negatively affected by this.
I agree with someone above the Northern step out is absolutely vital. We break free of a shared resource already with a combined MC of $400m (CNJ/GSR/GAL).
Upside is North.
