    re: Ann: Norwest increases its stake in North... Yes. That is a lot of money considering NWE's apparent cash situation. It is noted in the ann however that this acquisition could 'potentially' be worth 750 000 to 1 000 000 dollars per year to NWE, so would pay itself off in one year. Note 'potential'.
