Anyone got a solid idea of how much of that 70M p.a from LT is actual profit?
I presume that's the revenue figure which has yet to take into account operating costs, depn, and tax etc.
Agree that debt is a big shadow over NXS atm. If actual NPAT from Longtom was high enough I'd kind of prefer a part sale of CRUX to wipe out the LT debt facility then keep the producing, already built asset.
