That's exactly what I think @mowibble ..... Player A comes to my mind. Now would be the perfect time to get a slice of CDX.
Cardiex most probably know by now if they will achieve FDA clearance..they definitely got some response from the FDA authorities if there would be a mayor problem. Why in the first place you would apply for FDA clearance, if you are not sure you get it.
I go with Bayer as well....they know Cardiex's technology inside and out since many years. The Pulse device got validated with Cardiex's own FDA cleared device...what could serious go wrong, I am asking myself.
