I got a response from Link re this, and something important to note: ACCC are yet to have their final say regarding this deal impacting competition, I was told that even if a YES vote got up on the day, the deal was still needing to pass the provisos including ACCC approval, and the UK Financial Conduct Activity approval, and and if either of them weren't satisfied it breaches conditions and the deal wont proceed (I see D and D have acknowledged this and are trying to find an acceptable solution to satisfy ACCCs concerns).
