The Key advantage for Hotshots is that Mooter is a listed company offering a smart experienced team already... Exposure to investors, on going media exposure, over sea opportunites to list. Not to mention they have to be up to something soon, after all what are they up to?

Thing is I believe Hotshots has a major idea to captivate and present something new to an every increasing money maker, on a global scale they will draw millions in... If Mooter is linked like I think they are, then the cash flow will be the major re-rating for this company....

Hope this is correct and the dots come together to make a beautiful big picture that presents itself as a Rembrandt...

To hard to work out a SP if such comes in to play, they will need to release some sort of financial out look, percentage gains to the company, estimated turn over, possible estimation of profits per year for ex amount of years.. This is where we can work out the value with the shares on issue�
