    Yes dkv13 Sterling are paying the govt $15m upfront so you are correct. Xmagx - you are most likley correct also that HDR will get re-imbursement for exploration expenditure that was covered by WPL and others as a free carry.

    ROC seems to have suffered the most from the double whammy of POO going off and this deal hitting the news - as expected by some. Its probably a buy now!
