Feeling comfy with the no vote? That is personal choice...we should strive to feel comfy no matter what the situation. Isn't life just an ongoing series of situations and how we feel about them is usually governed by how we approach each one and how we react to the outcome even if it is not how we envisioned it would be. Can't help you with your feelings as we have no idea how the vote will go...either way should be OK if we hold our center no matter what. we may not like it but that situation will give way to others we have to deal with and handle lol.
The no vote brings a new dawn. The yes vote means we are dusted. How we react. I wpould suggest that the BOD attitude may be a tad weird after a no vote as they are still there (RELUCTANTLY?) and still have to carryout their duties according to the rules. I would suggest a board spill would be imminent after the appropriate actionas are taken...whetgher the BOD can stay within bounds and act with fortitude is another matter so then they have to decide raoidly to do a CR. How do they do this? Do they do it in the best way for the company to move forward with possible a new BOD? Do they go to the Shareh olders or the market for the cash? All questions at present unanswerable...does sour grapes exist. It depends on the people in question...we can only postulate about that at this stage.
An excellent senior staff appointment agency I would suggest be engaged to attract the right persons to take this schebang forward...obviously the right qualifications and experience and enthusiasm paramount. face value it appears difficult to envisage the processes involved however breaking them down into bite sized chunks always helps.
First things first...is it yes or is it no? Fearing a drop in the SP is counterproductive IMHO same as everything else I post DYOR.
If yes we are dusted and go away with 20.8 cents a share. If No it doesn't open a Pandora's Box IMO it simply creates opportunity. Then the work begins ad the negotiations and the process. SP up or down after a no? Who knows...the market may reward the SH as they have stayed solid and protected the company we all believe in...that counts for a great deal.
SP may go the other way. It would sure look better IMHO after a new team and a CR steadied the ship and we set sail again with a new captain and crew.! The old crew are OK they hve a lot of knowledge and experience but commercialization of the tech is required. New strategy, new energy and new life in the RAP dog! IMHO DYOR Good luck whichever way you vote.
