All very nice but no time frame on finance. Construction was expected to start in March and now it's mid year. Very interesting that they're confident of retaining full ownership though.

I don't think the port payment will be a problem but I'd still like to know how they're going to pay.

Has there been any mention of what Sigiriya is being paid for their services? I seem to recall a figure of $20 million being bandied about. Small beer I suppose if they deliver the goods.
