Noticed that Austock have engaged Colliers to sell a large number of their fully leased centres via a dedicated website www.cleverinvestments.com.au. Assuming quite a few of these sell (which with the long term secure leases, now, they should), this should cover the 30 June debt repayment. I see this as decreasing the risk of a capital raising.
