Slide 16: wtf? Are they trying to tell us that all listed companies are unable to define their own strategy? This is ridiculous.

Just two examples of bad reasoning to try to get the vote over the line. IMO Kneppy is spot on re management performance and inability to show a path for profitability

Slide 11 is showing how the company has improved dramatically and yet price has dropped. Shareholders wanted board to cut expenses so they did. Wanted to diversify from intranet so they did. What else do people want?
