I still dont see how they can raise the equity if they keep 100% of the project?
No bank will lend them $200million of the bat without some kind of security if they have a new plan it should be shared with share holders.
Mabey the original plan stands for the equity what they are saying is they dont have to give any more of the project away to get finance.
