I see China is going crazy with house prices...and the govt is trying to curb lending...see the australian today...

btw...what the hell has low unemployment got to do with interest rates......seems to me like the banks can hike rates on any excuse...
the RBA's job is to keep inflation at a convulted figure (the removal of interest rates from the CPI)
...unemployment has little nexus to inflation

are the banks paying the news media and journalists, to use the IR excuse to bump up rates, regardless of the economy....only the banks profit from interest rate increases... not the govt or taxpayers....
