I mean, the logic of needing to 'move air' says it all. Sound is not really a movement of air, it is a pressure wave transmitted through the air.
What you seem to be describing is called 'wind' or 'a breeze'... I don't think anyone is claiming that AKP's tech will be used to replace Dyson's hot+cool product any time soon.
