No confusion here - subwoofers create low frequency bass by compressing (by pushing or moving) large amounts of air. My Bose subwoofer can literally blow a candle out at full volume (it has done). Put your hand over the port of any subwoofer enclosure and you will feel what you call "wind".
I've watched the AKP videos about thousands of their tiny binary pixels clicking on and off to create the pressure wave (analogies to lots of clapping hands, crickets etc), but it's all just theory at present until they actually show us a working speaker and prove their tiny pixels can actually create sufficient SPL. It seems the faithful on here are willing to just simply take the poker players word for it.
The only thing I'm confused about is what FBs end game is here. And why they have set a demo date and subsequently cancelled for over a decade now. Red flags galore.
