Even so, that law talks about "equal and opposite reactions".
So by assuming that "anti-vaccine" opinions are equal to, or perhaps stronger than, "Pharmaceutical advertising and influence", you demonstrate quite clearly some "noble quest" is based on a flawed premise: That your voice is needed in the information war between a small group of fringe people and the omnipotent Pharmaceutical industry.
Or that perhaps you delusion sees it this way: Because people post about how they don't like vaccines (at all), you had better post about how you do like vaccines, because the Advertising and Pharmaceutical industry are incapable of getting this message across without you . . .
Both interpretations of why Newtons Third Law is the basis for your noble quest demonstrate why you should talk to mental health professionals. They are not grounded in reality.
Please, contact professionals before you hurt someone, tell them specifically "I hate anti-vaxxers and i post about them endlessly to myself online, this noble quest is founded in Newtons 3rd Law", see what they say.
