I'm tending towards the "tide us over" amount.
If you have a look at the presentation on our website from the last few years they are all called " Corporate Presentation "; ie. from our corporate office.
I'm guessing 12.5M shares @ .32c for $4M. No retail participation.
And initial pulse production run of $1M, 12,500 units.
$3M towards working capital, R&D and launch of Pulse.
Together with cash from extra sales pipeline of $6.5M, provides almost 12 months runway.

I hope major BP will come on board in November with Pulse FDA clearance.

Would expect SP to drop to about .30c, but quickly recover to around .50c to .60c as news of Mobvoi extension, new deal for licensing and Pulse FDA clearance dome in over the next 6 - 10 weeks.

Could be completely wrong of course!
In fact, given my track record lately, I almost certainly am.
