I agree 100% with your sentiments. However, I believe the offer price will be 38 cents i.e. VWAP + 40% VWAP roughly being 27 cents for the last month. The first offer could be 20% followed by a second 20% to dress up the offer. While I see the Board rejecting 38 cents, STX posters of the last couple of weeks have shown a sense of share price frustration that could translate into holders selling. I've been STX a long time, but like Hardcash said I will be holding until advised by the Board to accept. Hopefully, it won't come to that, and I'll still be around to reap the benefits of Haber. What a great legacy to leave my daughter.
