How long is a piece of string where does it start(or end)? The lawyers are the only winners and that's the only reason for them to take it on. Seriously Just ask nucoal about the process of this type of case.
Is it Against yourselves for investing in a poorly run company ? Against the board/s? so many bad decisions and mismanagement long before the renwal was buried . Its never probably going to be held bph & co again. It does deserve to be re opened and explored and back on the table to interested companies.
