A company only has to announce an event if it is material to their revenue or profitability. Material normally means a 15% impact . W2V are doing a good job of continual disclosure and announcing what is required to be announced.
I have known of this company and Amos for two years now. I was a bit unsure in the beginning but I can say with time whatever he has said will happen does happen. Of course that is other than the years of Covid where he any everyone else was unable to see the impending doom and the impact on company earnings. I really suggest you watch him but be less critical. He is a seriously smart good guy. I don’t have to say that but I wouldn’t own the stock if I didn’t really believe it as in my mind it is the most critical part of owning a company.
