The operator of the PEP11 title is Asset Energy P/L which owns 85%.
Bounty Oil and Gas (ASX BUY) owns 15% of the title.
Asset Energy is a subsidiary of Advent Energy P/L
The major shareholders of Advent Energy are BPH Energy (ASX BPH) and MEC Resources (ASX MMR). There are a number of other smaller shareholders.
I wouldn't get too hung on who the other shareholders are as movements may have occurred since the last disclosures. As a private company, they do not need to advise shareholder movements whereas the ASX listed companies do need to disclose if their Advent holding changes, hence we can rely on that.
