Yep my bad regarding our former CFO... Didn't pick up that she is continuing to be the CFO for the European Business. Is this a sign that they are moving the executive team over to the European Business seperate of "Southern Cross Payments"?

What does that mean for the Australian business? Will they replace these roles or will they eventually just shut down here?

As a holder, I can't imagine them winning against ASIC & ASX.

Soon the company will have no money to continue the case and the business will collapse here with NK (formally known as JK) probably unable to return to Australia.
