Ann: PEPR Lodged for Proposed Siviour Graphite Mine, page-214

Hello all Great find @hwasungseo I am wondering if we may be jumping the gun a little regarding the PEPR approval...

I am extremely happy to be wrong but wish to put my thoughts across after mulling over this for days.

I interpret this as the "Receival part of the MPEPR process" is targetted to complete on 23/08/2022* whereby it will be determined to be valid in accordance with the Mining Act.

23/08/2022* being the date nominated by the Department within which a routine application should be completed by this stage of the process.

I have considered the above in line with the published Exploration Licence Application Status tracker:

The "Assessment part" will then start once the "Receival part" is complete etc. with Notifications and Outcomes following in due course - relatively quickly from what I can gather from other approvals.

If any forum member has had previous experience with these type of approvals any feedback or thoughts would be much appreciated.

I invite all to DYOR and hope that 23/08/2022 delivers BUT if the date comes and goes, or if the outcome is not quite what the forum has been expecting, I would not be disheartened at all.

The fact that we can see significant progress like this is very, very encouraging. Go you good thing RNU !!! and keep on researching @hwasungseo
