I don't think the arbs will stop selling at IE valuation level.
When deals break with large arb holdings the selling is relentless. And there's a raise coming so why buy? And when the LT holders that vote Yes and lose will be furious and close to giving up too.
If the vote is NO we have a situation where - No alternate bidder stepped up / Pfizer wont go again / Mgt unpopular / Cap raise required / Price plummeting ... hoping for a share price floor at IE level may not play out.
