wouldn’t say no to that valuation.
wonder if this is truly due to a liquidity requirement for Tsingshan or rather a continuation of the conviction by Big Shot that NPI will go down in value as the output increases from Indonesia. If one was convinced that this is the case, then selling some of the lines to serial would also make sense.
