Ann: Trading Halt, page-13

I was going to post something with a bit of detail but I don’t know if I actually can? The details of the raise will be public soon enough so everyone can make up their own minds about price, use, timing etc. Personally I will be taking up a small allotment but less than I normally tip in. Why does everyone want money this month???

Clearly things are happening in the US and there is a very well defined route to market that looks like it is going to kick off with some support from some good places. As I now have optics on both sides of what’s happening over there I feel like disclosures are going to get a bit murky.

I feel very confident in the pathways that HMD are pursuing however they are very much at the start of a long journey and it is difficult to impossible to know the future so maybe things will work out and maybe they won’t…

For the next little while, I’m going to stop posting on HC just so I don’t create a dilemma for myself. I’m sure that everything will work out and if so I’ll be back on these threads. If not, I’ll be back on these threads lamenting with everyone!!

Maybe the next 6-12 months hold great promise or total ruin for HMD.
