....which is why MCA started their life with a big handicap, that Murray Cod tasted muddy and 'like the bottom of a river'. It has and will continue to take work to put this stereotype to bed and fully differentiate the farmed product.
I tried our Murray Cod for this first time this weekend and was very impressed. Amazing texture, and the flavour was more mild that I expected
