    It may be just a thought but as far as I am aware that the Director Loans to prop up NME over the last couple of years are un-secured.
    I may be wrong but as I seem to re-call as per ASX listing rules,security of these loans can only put into place by Shareholder approval.
    I'm not sure if this was ever enacted.Interesting.
