JV Partners can sell within themselves at any stage....restrictions under the JV Agreement prevent selling to external parties until DFS released. Which is why CATH TIA cannot be implemented until ML issue is resolved. Once ML resolved then DFS can be released as it pertains to the whole of the PE13359, not just a part of it with a northern section over CDL carved out with % ownership to be renegotiated per CAMI hopes......which is what AVZ is pushing back on and apparently close to sorting out. Once thats sorted....other things will fall into place and allow release of BFS 2.0 which imo will be massive
