Ann: Correction to ASX announcement, page-43

If that's the case, and it appears to be, how legal/appropriate was the announcement on the 16th August with the extension date specified as the 31/8 and 2/9 I wonder? Should that have been approved by the court before being announced? The agreement by the court for the adjournment of the meeting announced on Friday 19th was for Friday 19th meeting...we already were told on the 16th that that meeting had been postponed...
