    You can understand it on some level. A "stable" income from Iron/vanadium/titanium with lower cost than nearly anything else comparable. With that stable income they can take advantage of all their precious metals and copper/lead claims and fully explore and mine whatever is valuable.

    Will their idea work out how they want? Well I guess that is the debate.
