Oil prices have already spiked, prices are only about 20% over EOY 2021, and production is increasing, albeit slowly. There will be a second spike when the global economy returns to growth, but the energy industry will have had more time to adapt by then.
Gas prices are what’s still rising, and will be problematic for the EU for the remainder of this year and next.
Inflation is falling, and the Fed is raising rates and tightening which will drive stocks lower until they slow down as the economy goes into recession.
