    re: Ann: Project Approval and Business Licenc... Lynxx, because i discounted the earnings i don't think you need to allow for 12 mths of production. The market should be pricing it in progressively. So personally i'd be disappointed if GXY wasn't $2 plus first quarter of 2011.
    Of course, any problems occur re: finance or delays in production and it will be painful. Thats why, i'll make my largest investment in GXY on confirmation of production.
