Snapper that small island you come from doesn't have friendly sheep on it as well does it?

Let me state the obvious (to me) but what you may have missed

We have gas and oil shows on the way down.
We had pressure kicks on the way down.
We had formation wall coring done.
We had lab tests/analysis done.
We had wire line testing done.
Then we had some good gas flows with moderate condensate flows all unassisted by well stimulation but which can be employed should they need to.

Which bits don't you follow and we can go over it if need be?

I think the guts of the argument of those bewilded by the panic dump is because it was after a positive result not a failure but which appears to have been inadvertedly brought about by some of the language used in the announcement. it was not the best use of language I have seen but I appreciate what the writer was trying to convey. He was conveying that we are still flow and pressure testing because we having yet achieved a stabilised flow rate after shut ins. Hence you keep going until you do so. So what? But its my opinion that the term "inconclusive" spooked the horses and bang the herd mentality took over. I bet the author wihes he had explained himself better now.

But AZZ had the same bolt for the doors reaction to their announcement which included no immediate flow and out they rushed from the stock only to do a massive reversal sending the share price massively higher.

What has happend to VIL is not a rare event but gosh it annoys the hell out of many onservers watching it.

Just don't add to the lame thinging mate. We are trying to present the facts to wash the unfounded fear away. Come Monday, probably prior to trading commencing, we will likely have a stabilised flow and pressure result and all this negative rubbish can stop.

my Petroleum Geologist mate (35 years experience, MD of listed company with much onshore US experience) just dismisses the negative assessment based on what has has been announced so far. If new information is released that is negative then thats another matter but based on what has come out so far, it got his big tick of approval, it was all green light to him.

But then again he doesn't live on a small Island.
