I think that GW offered to keep PB on when he has contacted the current management.

The letter from the Chairman says that the CMT wanted 2/3 of the seats on the Board. Whilst JE didn't say as much, I think that means some people from the current management team have probably been offered a lifeline.

I would suggest that PB, and possibly Morten, may have been offered a lifeline, Wilson and Robinson come on board and 2 more Independent Directors with appropriate skillsets to get this project off the ground are pencilled in by CMT to come on board.

If that is the scenario and PB has knocked that on the head, he definitely is suffering from a "God" complex.

It is only my take, reading between the lines.
