At the time of the 249D there were only 3 Board members. The two non-execs Simon Morten and John Elkington plus our MD/CEO Paul Burton. Burton and Elkington are the ones up for removal so I don't think you can gather from the Chairmans letter that anyone has been "offered a lifeline".
