Yet again, one single trade LTXT 100,000 shares at Closing Price $4.27.
IMO this can only be an arrangement between ONE CHN shareholder selling and a buyer, but not the same buyer each time so their holding never breaches the 5% rule.
Again, IMO, just look for ONE CHN shareholder who has been reducing their holding, since about May of this year.
I hope the moderators will allow this post, because I asked last week if they or anyone else could explain these very very unusual LTXT sales almost every day.
