RECEIPT OF SECTION 203D NOTICETNG Limited (ASX: TNG) (“TNG” or the “Company”) advises that it has received a notice under section 203D(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Corporations Act”) from shareholders who together hold at least 5% of the votes that may be cast at a general meeting, giving notice to the Company of their intention to move resolutions at a general meeting to remove the Chairman and the Managing Director as directors of the Company, and to also remove any additional directors appointed from 18 July 2022.
So, the Chairman J.E. and the Managing Director P.B. were ear marked for removal along with anyone that they appointed to the Board from the 18th July
