Yes it said "ASSUMES", never said that they would.

I was looking at buying options at the time, Left messages with the company wanting clarrification and if 100% was underwritten, however thet would not reply.

On 11/12 I wrote:

"There is no mention in the announcement of what the underwriting terms are, does anyone know ?

Will they still pay the 25c exercise price or a discounted price, is if for all outstanding options or however many they want ????

I tried calling the company but they wont take my call.

Was looking to buy, but seems very sus."

I can't believe ASIC let them get away with such an announcement, I'm just glad I never bought any.

For shareholders sake I hope I'm wrong, but SP will be punished on Monday.
