    IMO,:

    There wouldn't be many clueless suppliers/contactors/etc left to accept shares in lieu of $, if ANY

    Or if there are maybe CLZ will issue shares all the way down to .001 again!??!

    If another scheme is hatched to raise capital it won't be favourable to the balance sheet or to shareholders!
