I think the appointment of Ms Wainwright, is an excellent addition to the TSC BoD.
So she sold a few shares...big f@#king deal.
She still holds PLENTY.
She also is an independent business owner involved in just the sort of business TSC needs experience in.
Apart from her being on the board as chair of QLD Exploration Council....since 2019, she also finds the time to DONATE
some of her time to charitable works....what's not to like about this woman.
She obviously knows how to build a business, and I will assume at this time....has integrity.

I think M. Caruso has done very well to get someone like her to commit to the board.
They will make a good team IMO.
TSC now have as I see it a BoD that can do what is needed to take us forward in a positive manner.
The paper shufflers have been shredded and the doers installed.
We now wait to hear from the new BoD to know future direction.
