i believe it is 5% or greater of a holding is what a substantial holding is. anything less is not required to be disclosed. what we dont get to see due to NDAs etc is what allows WD/HGST or imec to pull the pin and when and what the value or cost of that is. we just know it exists, and some data and expertise flows back and forth.
